During the raid, investigators uncovered a staggering amount of contraband: * Over 50 pounds of methamphetamine * 20 pounds of cocaine * 10 pounds of heroin * 1,000 pounds of marijuana * Numerous prescription pills In addition to the drugs, authorities also confiscated an array of weapons, including: * Assault rifles * Shotguns * Handguns * Homemade explosives “This raid represents the largest drug seizure in the history of the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office,” said Sheriff Sidney Gautreaux. “We have crippled this violent and organized criminal enterprise.” A total of 35 suspected members of the Death’s Angels were arrested and charged with various drug trafficking and firearms offenses. Among those arrested was the gang’s alleged leader, a 45-year-old man identified as John “Reaper” Davis.
